We aim to provide a fast service. The majority of orders should arrive within 7 days of cleared payment being received. However as all items are handmade and most items are made to order, delays may occur at busy times of the year.
If you have a large bespoke order, please email us first and we will endeavour to give an anticipated delivery date.

We hope that you will be delighted with your goods. However if you have a problem with your order, please email us and we will do our utmost to resolve the problem.
Please note that customised items will only be refunded if they are faulty.

We make a one off charge of £2.50 per order for postage and packaging. Orders over £50 qualify for free postage.

We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
