Shipping and returns policy
We aim to provide a fast service. The majority of orders to be delivered within the UK should arrive within 7 days of cleared payment being received. However as all items are handmade and many items are made to order, delays may occur at busy times of the year.
If you have a large bespoke order, please email us first and we will endeavour to give an anticipated delivery date. Please allow extra time for items delivered outside of the UK.

However, if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return. You must then return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us that you intend to do so Upon receipt of item you will receive a full refund including any postage costs. Return postage costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty/damaged.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Please note that customised items will only be refunded if they are faulty.

We make a one off charge of 2.70 per order to cover postage and packaging and paypal fees. Orders over 50 qualify for free postage.

Additional charges apply for overseas postage. Please allow additional time for overseas delivery. We will declare correct costs for customs and warn that additional charges may be levied by customs for deliveries outside Europe which are outside of our control. The customer is fully responsible for the payment of any such charges.
